Have a nice weekend!!

"Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it." William Arthur Ward

I like this phrase because it is real, always you want to say thank but you thing that is curios. You think is boring to said thank you to your mom when she do something.

Gratitude is a sense of thankfulness and joy in response to receiving a gift.

For me, the gratitude is the best thing that someone have. Only with a "thank you" that you say, you receive a lot of smiles.

GRATITUDE!!!!!
If Gratitude is your top strength you are aware of the good things that happen to you, and you never take them for granted. Your friends and family members know that you are a grateful person because you always take the time to express your thanks.

Virtue Category:

Gratitude falls under the virtue category of Transcendence. Transcendence describes strengths that provide a broad sense of connection to something higher in meaning and purpose than ourselves.

How do I grow grit?
if you want to know how you can have more grit, for that is this link,.

Grit is a combination of passion and persistence. Having grit means pursuing your goal with vigor and focus over an extended period of time. Less gritty individuals are easily discouraged or frequently led off track by new interests.

Being gritty means:

  • Finishing what you begin.
  • Staying committed to your goals.
  • Working hard even after experiencing failure or when you feel like quitting.
  • Sticking with a project or activity for more than a few weeks.
